I've heard others had problems with ISO's but since I always repack mine to remove menus and fluff, I haven't experienced any failures.
Overall Review: Well built unit was surprised being its so inexpensive. Dropped in a 2TB hard drive without any issue and over full dvd iso's so far. Well, it was cheap. Cons: Never did get it to work.

Argosy tech support is fantastic. They suggested that I try Xilsoft instead. I was able to take the iso images created with DVDFab which Xilsoft also warned was not a valid DVD image and re-image those to a new iso which worked perfectly. Pros: Works exactly as claimed. The video quality is actually much better than I expected.
